Promotion Terms and Conditions for $50 supermarket cash coupon redemption program:

1. **Eligibility:**
   - This promotion is open to all registered members of www.SweetHousebyJF.com who have spent a minimum of HK$1,000 within the last 3 months.

2. **Coupon Reward:**
   - Qualified members are eligible to receive a supermarket cash coupon as a reward for meeting the spending criteria.

3. **Coupon Redemption:**
   - Qualified members must send an email to info.sweethousebyjf@gmail.com with his/her registered mobile phone and email address.  Upon completing the verification process in our side, qualified members will receive an email with redemption details.  Qualified members have to visit the office of Sweet House by JF within one month to get the supermarket cash coupon.

4. **Expiration:**
   - Unclaimed supermarket cash coupons will be expired 3-month from the date of issuing the redemption email to qualified members.  Qualified members cannot get any coupons or gifts if he/she do not come and pickup during the 3-month period.

5. **Non-Transferable:**
   - Supermarket cash coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reward.
