1. Return Policy Requirements
Except for food, products thatare perishable, products with a short shelf life (return/cancellation willexpire soon), customized products, and products that have been opened,customers can request to return the products if they find that the products havequality problems.
If you need to return theproduct, please contact the customer service officer within 2 days of receivingthe product, and provide information such as "name", "ordernumber", "contact number", "return product name","reason for return and photo", etc., the customer service office willassist you to return and exchange the goods.

2. Return Notice
a. Returned goods must be unused,and there is no damage or failure caused by human defects, otherwise the returnwill not be accepted.

Contact the customer serviceofficer → confirm that the goods can be returned → prepare the complete productand invoice → provide the collection time and contact information, address → Wewill arrange courier company for collecting the return products.
4. Refund instructions
If you paid via Credit Card :After the return process completed, the payment will be directly refunded tothe original payment credit card.
if you paid by Cash: After thereturn process completed, the fee will be refunded bycheque.
