Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Self-pick up
If the customer chooses to pick up by himself/herself, please pick up the goods according to the pick up address listed on the individual product.


2. GoGoVan / Lalamove Delivery
Delivery up to your downstairs: Order has to be placed two to seven days in advance (Applicable areas: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories).

3. Shipping instructions

- Depends to the nature of different products, 2-7 days lead time will be required.  For details, please refer to the shipping arrangement of each product.
- If you choose "GoGoVan / Lalamove Delivery", the delivery timeslot is Monday to Sunday 10am- 6pm.  Other time slots need to be arranged separately with our customer service officer.
- Shipments will be delayed if there are too many orders which are out of our estimation or due to force majeure.
